Travel Guide to the Beautiful City
León is a city of history, culture, and leather in the heart of Mexico, known simply as León de Los Aldama, it is a Mexican city, capital of the municipality, located in the state of Guanajuato. Officially Municipio Libre de León, it is one of the 46 municipalities in which the Mexican state of Guanajuato is divided, it is by population the largest in the state and its capital.
Things to do in León
1.- Explora
Explora is an innovation, scientific discovery Museum, when you search for the absolute best attractions in León it leads you to the Explora Science Center it’s not just located inside of its doors, many of the exhibits take place outdoors, especially during periods of the year easily conducive to outdoor exhibitions.

2.- Altacia
Altacia Shopping Center is a relatively new, large, semi-enclosed, two-level, regional fashion mall with a large Liverpool department store, along more than the usual number of restaurants and a cinema multiplex it’s a great entertainment, this is a good place where one can spend a pleasant afternoon. It’s located at Boulevard Aeropuerto in Cerrito de Jerez.

3.- Zona Piel
Zona Piel is a wonderful experience shoes, boots, leather products, bags, belts, jackets, skirts, pants, etc., etc. everything you can imagine made of leather and at affordable prices. Go shopping and enjoy strolling through its streets full of shops that will make your shopping an unforgettable experience. It’s located near the bus station.

4.- Theater del Bicentenario
The Bicentenario theater is a performing arts theater where we can enjoy ballet, contemporary dance, concerts, theater, circus arts and opera. It’s located close to the Calzada de los Heroes.

5.- Templo Expiatorio
Templo Expiatorio del Sagrado Corazon, the architecture of the Expiatory Temple is a wonderful church. It is neo-Gothic in style. It’s a very beautiful church that you’re going to be amazed at when you walk in. It’s located on the streets of Madero.

1.- Rockstar Burguer
It’s an American food bar, like Hamburgers, salads, wings etc.… on Fridays and Saturdays they’ll play live music at 8-11pm. You’ll enjoy every juicy bite of that hamburger that you never notice that you already finished it.

2.- Sushi Combo
This is a Japanese and Korean restaurant, the food is very delicious and you’ll get to taste interesting flavors while listening to K-pop music in the background to set the mood.

It’s a Japanese cuisine where you can find fine grill, sushi, and sake. The fish is so fresh and delicious that it melts in your mouth when taking the first bite is a highly recommended restaurant.

It’s a Burger Fast food restaurant with very juicy flavorful burgers with different ingredients from Mexico like Chile relleno, chorizo and flor de calabaza you be amazed how amazing the burgers are.
